HIMSS 2020

[Webinar] Using Data to

Identify and Manage Patients at Risk for Cancer

The Healthcare Information and Management System Society's 2020 Conference (HIMSS 2020) was canceled due to Coronavirus concerns outlined in recent reports from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

But good news - We will be hosting a webinar version of the "Using Data to Identify and Manage Patients at Risk for Cancer" presentation. We'll be keeping the same time slot, Wednesday, March 11th at 4 p.m. EST.

In this webinar, you'll hear from Dr. Candace Westgate, Medical Director of The AHEAD Program, and Dr. Dana Zanone, Vice President, Health Informations Physician, of Adventist Health who will provide expert insights into how Adventist Health leveraged technology to identify candidates for genetic testing, offer education and testing, and provide counseling.

In this webinar, Adventist Health will not only announce the latest data and figures from their program, but you will learn how to:

  • Prepare providers to quickly screen and identify patients with a genetic predisposition to cancer
  • Create a population health strategy to manage care over time for patients at high risk for cancer
  • Measure clinical, financial, and quality outcomes to expand the adoption of this approach across a health system

Are you planning to attend? If so, let us know by filling out our form. If you'd like to attend the webinar but aren't available on Wednesday, we'll be sending out a recorded version shortly to follow.
